Making Sense of Your Worth - TEENS ONLY

Making Sense of Your Worth is a powerful program designed to help people experience positive Self-Worth and secure attachment in relationships. Self-Worth is a strong foundational component of who we are as humans and how we show up in the world. Our belief in our own value (or lack thereof) has huge implications in our personal and professional lives. Without awareness, our Self-Worth affects our behaviors, our relationships, our boundaries, our aspirations, our ability to lead, and, for some of us, our healing.

Participants will go through a series of sessions in a group format designed to create understanding of how the events in their lives have contributed to their current level of self-worth. These classes will focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” people believe about themselves (e.g., “I am not good enough,” “I don’t belong,” and “I have to be perfect.”) and how to replace these lies with truth. Once participants are free from those beliefs associated with their past, the subsequent sessions focus on rebuilding a new life based on positive self-worth, as well as how to maintain these gains.

After experiencing the incredible impact of this program ourselves, HopeAlight is thrilled to host Making Sense of Your Worth virtually. Our summer session for teens (ages 13-18) will take place from 5:30-8:30p. The cost is $56 per session, and the dates and times are as follows:
